Short Profile

IDS GmbH was founded in 1990 at its present headquarters in Herne in the middle of the Ruhr Basin. In the meantime we have 17 full-time employees in the company including two trainees.

We have demonstrated our competence in our core business Ident-Technology, i.e. creating, collecting and issuing information, with our wide range of customer solutions.

What we can provide in the meantime now ranges on the one hand from consultation on choosing the correct barcodes and data collection devices, to recommending the most suitable RFID technology and the implementation of complete solutions.

On the other hand our printing output section provides competent consultation about the potential savings in printing, copying and labelling too.

And since, along with our excellent consulting, we also have huge technical know-how, we deliver not only the necessary hardware and individual software but also look after all the aspects of the technical development from installation to maintenance, care and repairs.
